Due to the nature of the collection, jewelry products can not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. If a customer would like to return or exchange an item from an eligible collection (accessories or novelty) they will be fully responsible for the shipping costs. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition as well as include all  original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. For all refunds and exchanges please use the form listed on the Contact page. Please note that a refund will not be processed nor will an exchange be sent out, until the returned package is received by Zodiaccz.

☽ How do I know your products are truly high quality?

All body jewelry (i.e hoops, studs, anklets, belly rings) is made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel that is rust-resistant. 'Zodiaccz Hairpins' are not considered body jewelry. All 18K gold plating is guaranteed tarnish-resistant for the first year. Customer photos and reviews can be seen on Zodiaccz's Instagram page. ☽ Where is my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. Deliveries are made through USPS and may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Zodiaccz does not assume any responsibility for packages once they are with the shipping carrier. Due to COVID-19 tracking numbers may take longer to update and shipping times may increase.

☽ Where is my coupon? 

If you are expecting a coupon you have not yet received, please double check that you are subscribed to Zodiaccz newsletter. Also, check your spam folder and make sure you have "Zodiaccz" as an e-mail contact. If it still does not arrive within 24 hours please reach out using the form lised on the Contact page for additional assistance.

☽ My package was returned to sender, what should I do?

If your package has been returned to sender, this is most likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Zodiaccz does not assume responsibility for incorrect customer information. Once your returned package is received by Zodiaccz, you may have it re-shipped to an accurate and complete address for a small fee.
